Longhurst – A simple wristlock

In Longhurst’s book on pages 6 and 7 a simple wristlock is introduced.

As the assailant grabs the collar the defendant simply places both his hands on the back of the hand and pins it flat against his chest. Then the defendant steps backwards and sinks onto one knee to force the assailant to the ground.
